تمت دراسة تأثير عقار الكارباميزابين على مستوى الكوليسترول و الترايكلسريد في الدم في 43 مريضا مصابين بالصرع و قد تمت مقارنة النتائج مع النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من مجموعة الضبط.
جمعت نماذج الدم من المرضى و من مجموعة الضبط بعد 12 ساعة من الصوم و تم قياس مستوى الكوليسترول و الترايكليسيرايد بواسطة طريقة الأنزيم.
أظهرت مقارنة النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من المرضى مع النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من مجموعة الضبط وجود فرق إحصائي مما يدل على أن عقار الكارباميزابين له تأثير سيء على مستوى الكوليسترول و الترايكلسيرايد مؤديا إلى ارتفاع تركيزهما في الدم.
Abstract EN
The effects of carbama epine on the serum total cholesterol and triglycerides were investigated in 43 epileptic patients, the results were compared invite those obtained from another group of healthy individuals (controls).
Blood samples after 12b fasting were tested for total cholesterol and triglycerides using enzymatic method utilizing a readymade kit.
Comparison believe values obtained from the patients with those obtained 'from the controls revealed a significant differences, which mean that carbarn aepine possess a deleterious effect on total cholesterol and triglyceride level leading to increase their concentrations in the blood.
