الملخص الإنجليزي

Since its inception, the World Wide Web has grown.

While advances have been made in the general area of web usability, little effort has been paid to developing theories of Customer Web Interaction (CWI).

Accordingly, a framework is proposed to test customer satisfaction to develop better interaction, which merges research on CWI and web site development method (WSDM). In general, the proposed framework investigates the deferent phases of WSDM and tries to measure how much of every phase is taking inconsideration and trying to measure customer satisfaction in every phase.

All will be conducted in the following stages: Stage 1: A collection of websites will be chosen and divided into 3 main categories : 1- High traffic website.

2- Medium traffic website.

3- Low traffic website. Stage 2: Several checked points will be investigated in order to measure how much of every phase of the WSDM is utilized in every one of the selected website (the checked pointed will be filled by an expert web developers).

Stage 3 : A survey to measure customer satisfaction and CWI. Final Stage: a comparison study between findings in stage2 and stage3 to give the final findings in order to match WSDM and CWI for improved website designed.
