الملخص الإنجليزي

This dissertation aims to recognize Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Implementation in Greater Amman Municipality which is a public Service organization.

There are many studies involves discovering the CSFs of ERP System in Industrial, Commercial and Services organizations and private sector.

The researcher did not find any study concerning the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) to public service organizations in Jordan.

The research population consist all the employees in the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) in the main branch, around 2000 employees.

The researcher distributed (600) questionnaires to the staff which they working in the building of the main branch of GAM randomly.

The valid questionnaire for analysis were (400) questionnaire.

The researcher asked academics to judge the accuracy, the content, and appropriateness of the items.

The questionnaires are analyzed using the (SPSS12).

The results show that there is a significant impact of Organizational Factors, Human Factors, and Technological Factors on ERP System Implementation.

And the Organizational and Technological Factors are available, but the Human Factors in not readiness.

The researcher recommends that resolving the problems, which are discovered in Pre-Implementation stage, will help to success other stages of the ERP System Implementation.
