Malignant schwannoma of posterior mediastinum : a case report and review of literature

-In this report rare case of malignant schwannoma of posterior mediastinum was reported in 55 years old man, who's Magnetic Resonance Images and computerized axial tomography scan of the chest revealed two masses in posterior medistinum measured 12.4 x l3.8cm, 11 x 7cm located on both side of aorta, with smooth outline, encasing the descending aorta posterior to the heart.

Open Biopsy of the lesions revealed malignant schwannoma.
