في هذا التقرير يتم تسجيل حالة نادرة و هي ورم الغدة العصبية الخبيث للمنصف الخلفي في مريض يبلغ من العمر 55 عاما و حيث أظهر فحص الرنين المغناطيسي و المفارس الحلزوني للصدر وجود ورمين في المنصف الخلفي ذي أبعاد 7 × 11 سم و 13.8 × 12.4 سم.
و عللا جانبي الأبهر النازل و خلف القلب، الخزعة الجراحية المأخوذة من الآفة أظهرت ورم الغمدة العصبية الخبيث.
Abstract EN
-In this report rare case of malignant schwannoma of posterior mediastinum was reported in 55 years old man, who's Magnetic Resonance Images and computerized axial tomography scan of the chest revealed two masses in posterior medistinum measured 12.4 x l3.8cm, 11 x 7cm located on both side of aorta, with smooth outline, encasing the descending aorta posterior to the heart.
Open Biopsy of the lesions revealed malignant schwannoma.
