الملخص الإنجليزي

The study aimed to identify the impact of supply chain flexibility aspects on customer satisfaction of Pharmaceutical Industry in Jordan. Supply chain flexibility represented by (product flexibility, new product flexibility, distribution flexibility, delivery flexibility, responsiveness flexibility).

Population of the study included all headquarters of drugstores (sub agents) that directly contact with pharmaceutical industry companies in Jordan, totaling (200).

Most of questionnaires were hand delivered at drugstores headquarters (most of them are pharmacists)The sample size was 144 headquarters.

Multiple Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The result of the study indicated a significant impact for supply chain flexibility aspects represented by (new product flexibility, distribution flexibility, delivery flexibility, responsiveness flexibility) on customer satisfaction of Pharmaceutical Industry in Jordan.

Product flexibility has an impact on customer satisfaction but not significant.

Researcher recommended the need to increase supply chain flexibility by improving responsiveness for environmental uncertainties, establishing information systems for keeping continuous communication with customers, intensifying investment in research and development, and using flexible manufacturing systems.
