First of all, I would like to express my deep thanks to ALLAH, the One and only one who granted me the perseverance and ability to successfully complete my MASTER.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to my supervisors, Dr.

Raed Kanaan.

I will always be thankful for his guidance, support, and invaluable advices and knowledge.

He has shown me a lot of kindness, concern, patience and understanding throughout the period of this thesis.

I offer special thanks to Dr.

Rifat Shunnaq for his advice and help at the early stage of my study at Amman Arab University.

I would like to thank Dr.

Firas Al-Khaldi, Dr.

Bashar Sarireh, and Dr.

Mahmud Maqableh for their help and assistance during the pilot study.

I wish to express my appreciation to all of the Business School staff and teachers at Amman Arab University Business School who have taught me in the MASTER program, and also to my colleagues in the department who have helped me along my journey.
