الملخص الإنجليزي

The primary objective of this research was to examine determinants of Moroccan customer’s satisfaction with online purchases.

The study applied the Szymanski and Hise (2000) e-satisfaction model to the Moroccan context.

This framework considers convenience, product offerings, product information, website design and financial security to be key dimensions of customer satisfaction.

Data was collected using an online survey.

Results suggest that financial security and website design variables have a significant effect on the esatisfaction of Moroccan customers.

Overall these findings seem to support the Szymanski and Hise results suggesting determinants of Moroccan e-satisfaction are quite similar to those of American’s.
