الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to investigate the effect of transformational leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on organizational performance and to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the proposed relationships.

Data were collected through a well-structured questionnaire from a sample of 299 employees who work in the hotels in Jordan.

Data were analyzed using AMOS 18.0 to determine the interactions between various variables.

The results indicated that the transformational leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction have a positive direct effect on organizational performance; also, job satisfaction mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance and the relationship between organizational culture and performance.

The findings of this study contribute to understanding the casual relationships between transformational leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational performance, and how they can improve hotels performance.

The study proposed some recommendations for future research.
