الملخص الإنجليزي

This Study aims at investigating the point of view of English language supervisors concerning teacher's classrooms performance and their commitment to apply the performance standards adopted in the check list which is designed to achieve the purpose of the study.

The check list was designed through the general standards of EFL teachers' performance adopted in the Ministry of Education in Jordan.

The sample of the study consisted of (82) male and female EFL teachers in AL-Karak Governate which has four educational directorates (AL-Karak directorate, AL-Qaser directorate, AL-Mazar directorate, and South Ghour directorate).The sample was randomly chosen by the supervisors.

The findings of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) of applying performance standards among EFL teachers due to experience and gender from the supervisors' view of point.

and there are no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) of applying performance standards among EFL teachers due to stage (basic, secondary).

In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommended some recommendations to the concern.
