The study concerns the integration of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in higher education as perceived by teachers, students and administrative directors at Faculty of Sciences in Oujda city.

Our objective is to: - detect the changes in pedagogical practices with the integration of ICT, - measure the level of technology implementations in the practices, - understand the causes which slow down the passage towards an active pedagogy.

To realize the search we use a survey using two questionnaires with teachers and students and some discussion groups are conducted with administrative directors.

The results show that Internet is the favourite instrument to search pedagogical informations and documents used in courses and activities by all participants.

In academic classes, the use of ICT is limited to contents illustration, documents diffusion and in simulation programms.

The ICT let support after more than then years of their experimentation, a classical teaching and learning approchs.
