The inserted text, in our textbooks, is never taken in isolation.

Its presence is amplified by what is called “the text periphery” or “the text’s image.” Thus, in this paper, we try to question the title, the paratextual elements, in the Algerian educational context inserted within school textbooks of FLE

Le texte inséré dans nos manuels n’est jamais pris isolément.

Sa présence est amplifiée par ce qui est appelé « la périphérie du texte » ou « l’image du texte ».

De ce fait, dans la présente communication, nous essayerons d’interroger le titre, élément paratextuel, en contexte pédagogique algérien introduit dans les manuels scolaires du FLE.
