This study explores whether or not mental imagery has positive effects sport imagery of middle schools students in futsal.

Participants were ten middle schools students.

A pre- post design was used to examine the effectiveness of mental imagery on sport imagery.

Findings from this study indicated the effectiveness of mental imagery on sport imagery of the target athletes.

On the basis of the findings, the study advocated for the effectiveness of mental imagery on sport imagery.
