The following piece of work is the elaboration of a summary of the works that took place in the context of the sociolinguistic studies in Algeria.

These studies are realized by the colonizers who had been living side by side with the Algerian population for more than a century and a half.

It is a piece of interdisciplinary research from which a synthetic work of a particular character is present in this paper.
