الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aims at investigating the influence of social networks upon women entrepreneurs’ success through the moderating role of their demographic characteristics (age, marital status, education level, business sector, business scope and experience).

In this thesis, a descriptive quantitative method is used where both paper and online questionnaires are distributed among women entrepreneurs in Jordan, and 112 accepted surveys are collected from the targeted respondents.

Hypotheses were tested using SPSS by analysing data through linear simple and multiple regressions.

It is found to be proven from the findings that a positive significant influence on social networks’ factors includes the usage of different types of social networks, purposes of using social networks, perceiving benefits of social networks and perceiving problems of using the social networks that are in relation to the success of woman entrepreneurs in Jordan.

The findings also reveal a negative significant influence on the role of moderating variables for demographic characteristics (age, marital status, education level, business sector, business scope and experience).
