The study aimed to investigate the role of school administration in activating partnership between schools and local community for decreasing dropout students phenomenon among Negab schools within the Green line.

the study sample which selected randomly consisted of (162) employees of local administration.

The questionnaire consisted of (41) items.

the study find that the role of school administration in activating partnership between schools and local community for decreasing dropout students phenomenon among Negab schools within the Green line, was medium.

Also there was statistical significant difference in the role of school administration in activating partnership between schools and local community for decreasing dropout students phenomenon among Negab schools within the Green line due to academic qualification for the benefit of Bachelor's degree and less, and there were no statistical significant differences according to the gender, and the years of experience.

The study recommends to hold training and educational courses for school principals to develop their competencies and leadership skills in activating the partnership between the school and the local community and directing them to reduce Dropout Students Phenomenon, and the development of effective programs and mechanisms to decreasing dropout students phenomenon.
