The constant development of information and communication technologies is imposing more and more new conceptions of the library professions.
Learning to learn, to train, to make sure to update the knowledge of the different personnel categories, to adapt to the evolution in order to adjust or to develop skills is becoming a necessity, more than ever, unavoidable for any company among others the library.
It is in this perspective that this article discusses the essential elements that can help to ensure the performance of librarians and the sustainability of their undertaking enterprise

Le développement incessant des technologies de l’information et de la communication impose de nouvelles conceptions des métiers de la bibliothèque.
Apprendre à apprendre, former, veiller à actualiser les connaissances des personnels des différentes catégories, adapter à l’évolution pour ajuster ou développer des compétences deviennent une nécessité, plus que jamais, incontournable pour toute entreprise dont la bibliothèque.
C’est dans cette perspective que sont abordés dans le présent article les éléments essentiels pouvant contribuer à garantir la performance des bibliothécaires et la pérennité de leur entreprise.
