Immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4)-related systemic disease is a rare entity known for its pancreatic involvement that might be associated with other systemic lesions.
It usually presents as an autoimmune pancreatitis, sometimes mistaken for adenocarcinoma or cholangitis, salivary or lacrimal gland inflammation.
Kidney lesions, vasculitislike disease, and less frequently lung and gastric lesions can also occur.
Response to corticosteroids is highly suggestive.
We hereby present some computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging findings of this disease
الملخص FRE
La maladie auto-immune à IgG4 est une entité rare qui atteint le pancréas mais également d’autres organes.
La pancréatite auto-immune à IgG4 est souvent confondue avec un adénocarcinome pancréatique en imagerie.
La maladie peut également se présenter sous forme de cholangite, d’inflammation des glandes salivaires ou lacrymales, d’hypodensités corticales rénales, de lésions mimant des vasculites, et, bien que moins souvent, d’atteintes pulmonaires ou gastriques.
La réponse aux corticostéroïdes est très suggestive de la maladie.
Nous présentons certains aspects radiologiques de la maladie et faisons une brève revue de la littérature
