The study aimed to predict the appropriate study guidance for middle school students of the fourth-year grade according to their sources of self-efficacy, so that a ladder was prepared to measure the self-efficacy, where it was built on the sources of self-efficacy identified by "Bandura".

Moreover, it was relied on a statistical method, which is the bilateral logistic regression that is for processing data from the study sample of 549 of middle school fourth-year grade students who were randomly selected from the middle schools of Setif City.

The study found that the sources of self-efficacy are considered good in terms of the appropriate study guidance for the middle school students of the fourth-year grade, so that these sources are arranged according to their predictive ability in the following form: (verbal persuasion, physiological state, performance achievements, alternative experiences).
