الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to measure the knowledge management processes ( capturing and development the knowledge, organizing and evaluation of the knowledge, transfer and implementing the knowledge and storing the knowledge) on the quality of decision-making with its dimensions ( determining the problem, development and evaluation of the alternatives, choosing the best alternative, evaluation and follow-up) in Jordanian Pharmaceuticals.

The population of the study consisted of all Jordanian Pharmaceuticals.

The population represented the sample of the study and the analysis unit was 160 managers.

The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was developed as a study tool consisting of 51 paragraphs.

Many of statistical methods were used such as the means, standard deviation, one sample T Test and multiple regression analysis.

After data analysis, this study found the following results: there is a statistically significant effect for the knowledge management processes (capturing and development the knowledge, organizing and evaluation of the knowledge, transfer and implementing of the knowledge and storing the knowledge) on the quality of decision making in the Jordanian Pharmaceuticals, there is a statistically significant effect of the knowledge management processes on determining the problem, there is a statistically significant effect for the knowledge management processes on the development and evaluation of the alternatives, there is a statistically significant effect of knowledge management processes on choosing the best alternative, there is a statistically significant effect of the knowledge management processes on evaluation and follow-up of the decision Jordanian Pharmaceuticals.
