Abstract EN

Primary and secondary schools are the basis of education in Iraq and the rest of theworld, and primary and secondary education is an essential and important part ofinvesting in human capital, which has become a prerequisite for the transition from thetraditional to the modern economy.

However, government education in Iraq has witnesseda noticeable decline after 2003, as the educational infrastructure retreated and schoolsbecame insufficient to receive the increasing numbers of students, and a large part ofschools were destroyed due to wars and conflicts.

This is the research problem, and inorder to address this problem, the research was launched from the premise (providing thesufficient number of primary and secondary schools in Iraq in general and the BaghdadGovernorate in particular will lead to providing high-level educational services and thusraising the educational level of students, provided that the teaching staff is provided andthat law and order is respected).

A number of conclusions have been reached, the mostimportant of which is the validity of the hypothesis from which the research was launched, and it was recommended (It is necessary for the competent authorities to increase the
