Abstract EN

The aim of the study was to learn the effect of organizational learning in promoting a culture of excellence at the Algeria Telecom Tamanrasset, as well as the level of both organizational learning and culture of excellence.

To achieve the objectives of study, a questionnaire was designed consisting of (38) items, which included of (93) of the staff of enterprise.

The study found that organizational learning is characterized by an average level, adding that the level of adoption of a culture of excellence is also average.

There is also a positive effect of organizational learning dimensions in promoting a culture of excellence, as well as the contribution of all organizational learning dimensions to promoting a culture of excellence in near-equal degrees.
