The study discussed the meaning of analogous in the language, then according to the interpreters beforehand and after hand with the study of the chains of narrations from the predecessors in that.
Then the study winded up that by discussing the words of the fundamentalists from the five schools of thought: Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, Hanbali and Zahiri.
Then the study I concerned with balancing between these words, and outweighing them.
The study adopted both the inductive and the analytical methods, and added to them the method of Hadith's people in criticizing the narrations.
One of the most prominent findings of the [study is that the analogous may have more than one aspect, and it can be known by reestablishing it to the hermetic, and that there is no analogous unknown in the Holy Qur’an.
The study [recommended verifying from what was reported by the predecessors in this regard in particular, because much of what was attributed to them is not established
