Abstract EN

The current study is concerned with the topic «quality of life in the Algerian school from the teachers», through pedagogical factors and educational relations between educational actors, the descriptive approach was relied via the data and information collected by the questionnaire distributed on the intentionally sample, represented by the teachers of the first school of every academic level for the state of Biskra, which numbered 67 teacher's point of view, there are many shortcomings.

the data of the study was processed by the SPSS program, and the study found that despite the many reforms of the educational system in Algeria in an effort to reach the quality of school life, the Algerian school still could not achieve this, and there are still many difficulties from the teachers' point of view.
