The Evaluation of Educational and Training Programs at Police Sciences Faculty in Mu'tah University: An Empirical Study The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational and training programs at Police Sciences faculty in Mu'tah University.

And to measure their impacts on the skills, attitudes and knowledge of graduates.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, and to test its hypotheses.

questionnaire was designed to collect the required data from (289) graduates, the sample of study included the graduates of Police Sciences Faculty in Mu'tah University for years 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997.

Two hundred forty-six graduates responded, forming a response rate of (85.2) percent.

The findings of this study were: - There was significant statistical relationship between the educational and training programs altogether, and the knowledge of graduates.

- There was significant statistical relationship between the educational and training programs altogether, and the skills of graduates.

- There was significant statistical relationship between the educational and training programs altogether, and the attitudes of graduates.
