Abstract EN

This experiment study was conducted on 150 samples, taken from different sites of the students restaurant in Babylon technical institute.

The samples were examined in Biological laboratory of the institute.

The results show high rate of contamination of the food with bacterial colonies, while the samples taken from the hands of the workers show contamination.

However, the samples taken from the dishes show contamination rate.

Examination of the worker hair’s show the least rate of contamination.

The highest rate of contamination was found at the end of the spring and the begning of summer.

The present study showed that the most important isolated bacterial colonies were E.

coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, Streptococcus spp., Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis.
