Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of professional satisfaction among public schools’ teachers.

In addition, the study aims to identify methods that help in improving teachers’ attitudes toward teaching profession.

The researcher has prepared a questionnaire of 40 paragraphs, and after processing the data statistically, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences on the orientation of teachers toward teaching profession due to various variables of the study, (rate guide line, rate of higher degrees and qualifications, respectively).
