The study aimed at identifying the beliefs of teachers about the effect of children learning foreign languages in internation al kindergarten on the reading, writing, listening, speaking skills and clarifying the differences in the beliefs of teache rs about the effect of children learning foreign languages on kindergarten child acquisition for reading and writing according to the variables (qualification, and specialization).

The researcher used the descriptive analysis approach.

Study Population consists of the all kindergartens depending on (International Educational Programs) in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the second semesters of the academic year 2017 which are (16).

The sample of the study is (136) teachers of the kindergarten teacher depending on (International Educational Programs).

The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (28) sentences distributed in four parts.

The study revealed the following main results: The study members (highly) agree in reading, writing and listening skills.

The study members (moderately) agree on the items of the teachers’ beliefs about the effect of children learning foreign languages in international kindergarten on speaking skill.

There are statistical evident differences between the beliefs of teachers about the effect of children learning foreign languages on kindergarten child acquisition for reading according to the differences in qualification for the benefit of a master degree.

There are statisti cal evident differences between the beliefs of teachers about the effect of children learning foreign languages on kindergarten child acquisition for writing according to the differences in qualification for the benefit of a bachelor degree There are statistical evident differences between the beliefs of teachers about the effect of children learning foreign languages on kindergarten child acquisition for reading according to the differences in specialization for the benefit of other specializations (classroom teacher, Arabic Language).

There are no statistical evident differences between the beliefs of teachers about the effect of children learning foreign languages on kindergarten child acquisition for writing according to t he differences in specialization.

In the light of the previous results, the study recommended: Concentrating in the kindergarten phases on learning the Arabic language skills, because it is the critic stage for acquiring the mother tongue language includ ing both kindergarten and primary school.
