Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of school leaders in providing a safe learning environment for high school students in Riyadh region, from the teachers in the view of variables of years of service and scientific qualification; the researcher used a descriptive analytical method.

The data collection tool was a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs in its final form distributed into four fields.

The results of the study showed that high school leaders played their roles in providing a safe learning environment for students in (77.90 % ).

The percentage of facilities and equipment came first by (79.78 % ), followed by health and school feeding, followed by counseling and mental health by (77.38 % ) , the field of intellectual security came at (76.96 % ), The results of the study showed that there are no statistically significant differences between teachers' responses and evaluation of the role of school leaders in providing a safe learning environment due to the variables of the years of service and scientific qualification and interaction between them.

In view of the results of the study, the researcher recommended to provide a psychologist in the secondary school, and organize their work in which he would receive reports about students, and review them in order to work on the treatment of psychological, social, mental.
