Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying the level of administrative empowerment of the principals of private primary schools in the governorate of Amman and its relation to the performance of their teachers.

To achieve the objective of the study, the researchers used the correlation survey method and developed two tools.

The first questionnaire was examined in administrative empowerment and included five areas (communication and information sharing, delegation of powers, motivation, teams, training).

The final questionnaire consisted of (48) paragraphs.

Ensure their sincerity and steadfastness.

In addition, 371 teachers and teachers were selected in private primary schools from three brigades belonging to the capital city of Amman: the University Brigade, Marka Brigade and Wadi Sir Brigade.

The results of the study showed the following 1 The level of administrative empowerment was high, with the average arithmetic as a whole 70.4 2 The level of performance was high with an average of 70.4 3 There is a positive correlation relationship of statistical significance at the level of (.0.5 = α) between administrative empowerment and the performance of teachers, with a correlation coefficient of 0.57 The study recommended the importance of administrative empowerment of school principals because of its importance in improving the performance of teachers in the educational process.
