أثر العدالة الإجرائية على سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية : دراسة تحليلية لآراء العاملين في شركات (QIZ)‎ في الأردن

Abstract EN

This study aimed to analyze the impact of procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior at the QIZ companies in Jordan according to the opinions of their employees, using descriptive analytical method.

The theoretical information was collected from references, while a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (420), which represents the study population in order to collect the primary data.

The study main findings indicated that the application of procedural justice in the QIZ companies were intermediate achieving an arithmetic mean of (3.46); also the level of organizational citizenship behavior among workers in QIZ companies was high achieving an arithmetic mean of (3.85); in addition the existence of a positive relationship between procedural justice as an independent variable and organizational citizenship behavior as the dependent variable with magnitude of (64.1%), whereas the independent variable explains (41.1%) of the variance in the dependent variable.

The study recommends the need to increase the awareness of employees of procedural justice at companies, and to enhance the level of organizational citizenship behavior among workers at the QIZ companies in Jordan
