05 for all dimensions of administrative leadership independently or collectively on job satisfaction, among the employees of the organization, according to the respondents, the level of practicing the democratic style in the Naftal foundation branch in Djelfa was high, while the level of practicing the autocratic and permissive style was moderate, and the level of practicing administrative leadership in the organization was high and also the level of job satisfaction was high.
