Tacit knowledge is the personal knowledge that is expressed in a group of distinct capabilities and skills that difficult for competitors to imitate.

It contributes to the continuity of institutions, whether in their productivity or services.

In the light of this, we have studied the extent of the implicit knowledge contribution to improving the quality of the hotel service in ES-Salam hotel Skikda, based on a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees working in all departments.

The study reached a set of results represented that ES-Salem hotel which is interested to developing its tacit knowledge
