أجريت هذه الدراسة على عدد 800 بيضة مخصبة من أمهات التسمين المرباة على الفرشة العميقة في محافظة المنوفية-مصر.
بدأت هذه لدراسة في أول سبتمبر 2003 م.
تم تقسيم البيض إلى عشرين مجموعة (كل مجموعة تحتوي على 40 بيضة) التسع مجموعات الأولى تم تخزينها تحت نفس الظروف و لكن لفترات مختلفة (صفر-3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24 يوم) و المجموعات الأربع التالية من العاشرة إلى الثالثة عشر تم تخزينها لمدة ستة أيام فقط و لكن تختلف في عدد مرات تقليب البيض خلال فترة التخزين (صفر-3-6-12 مرة يوميا) أما البيض الذي في الثلاث مجموعات التالية بداية من الرابعة عشر إلى السادسة عشر فيختلف فقط في أوزان البيض (35 إلى 45-46 إلى 55- 56 إلى 64 أسبوع) و ذلك لدراسة تأثير مدة التخزين و مرات تقليب البيض خلالها و أيضا وزن البيض و أعمار الأمهات البياض على فترة و نسبة الفقس و كذلك وزن الكتكوت عند الفقس و أيضا عند عمر سبعة أيام بعد الفقس.
و أظهرت النتائج الآتي : 1- نقص وزن البيض بزيادة مدة التخزين.
2- زادت فترة الفقس و وزن الكتكوت عند الفقس و بعد سبعة أيام من الفقس بزيادة أعمار أمهات البياض و وزن البيض بينما قلت نسبة الخصوبة و الفقس للبيض المخصب.
3- قلت كلا من فترة الفقس-نسبة الخصوبة و الفقس للبيض المخصب-وزن الكتكوت عند الفقس و بعد سبعة أيام من الفقس بزيادة فترة تخزين البيض عن تسعة أيام.
4- زادت كلا من نسبة الخصوبة و الفقس للبيض المخصب و وزن الكتكوت عند الفقس و بعد تسعة أيام من الفقس بزيادة عدد مرات تقليب البيض خلال التخزين بينما قلت مدة الفقس و من هذه الدراسة نستنتج أنه يمكن تحسين نسبة الفقس للبيض المخصب و وزن الكتكوت بالإختبار الجيد لبيضة الفقس على الأسس التالية : 1- أعمار أمهات البياض تراوح من 34-44 أسبوع.
2- أوزان البيض تتراوح من 46-55 جرام.
3- مدة التخزين قبل الفقس لا تزيد عن 9 أيام.
4- عدد مرات تقليب البيض أثناء التخزين لا يقل عن 3 مرات يوميا.
Abstract EN
This work was carried out on a number of 800 broiler breeder fertile eggs from a commercial broiler strain (Lehmann) which reared on a deep litter system at Minutia Governorate, Egypt.
This experiment was begun in September 1, 2003.
All selectable eggs were divided into 20 groups (40 each).
The first nine groups were stored for different periods (0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24 days).
The groups from 10 to 13 were stored for 6 days and differ only in the number of egg turning during the storage (0, 3, 6 and 12 times / day) period.
The groups 14, 15 and 16 were selected on the basis of egg weight (35 to 45, 46 to 55 and 56 to 65g).
While, the groups from 17 to 20 were selected from different flock ages 34, 44, 54 and 64 weeks.
This work was conducted to study the effect of flock age, egg weight, duration of egg storage and number of egg turning during pre-incubation storage on fertility, hatchability, incubation period, post-hatching chick weight and chick weight at 7 days old in addition, egg weight loss during different storage periods.
