الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو قياس حجم الاقتصاد الموازي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018 و ذلك باستخدام نموذج الطلب على العملات و أظهرت النتائج وجود اتجاه تصاعدي في حجم الاقتصاد الموازي كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي فقد زاد حجمه من 25.
69 ٪ في عام 1990 إلى 48 ٪ بحلول عام 2003 و انخفضت النسبة بعد ذلك و بدأت في الانتعاش مرة أخرى من عام 2008 لتصل الى 47.
8 % سنة 2018 نتائج الدراسة لها آثار سياسية خاصة على تصميم السياسة النقدية و المالية الفعالة و اختيار الأدوات السياسية المناسبة
Abstract EN
this study aim to measure the size of the parallel economy in Algeria (1990-2018) by using the demand form of currencies and The results showed an upward trend in the size of the parallel economy as a percentage of GDP, its size has increased From 25.
69% in 1990 to 48% by 2003 and decreased thereafter and started to recover again from 2008 to 47.
8% in 2018, the results of the study have special political effects on the design of effective monetary and financial policy and the selection of appropriate political tools.
