Building learning organization : theory and practices

This study aims to clarify the mechanisms that help to build a learning organization to face the changes in the business environment as a result of globalization and the resulting great competition between organizations.

We find that human resources management plays an important role in the process of becoming a learning organization, but the building process faces many barriers that should be taken into consideration to become a success learning organization
