The discussion in this article is centered on the Prophet’s honorable speech and the right of the Prohet’s speech to be presented as arguments in the matter of the language and literature.

No one can deny the high place of the Prophet’s speech in the order of the ArabIslamic heritage in comparison with the rest of the sources of language and literature in the Arab heritage.

However, we find old and modern calls that do not recognize the prophetic texts as they may be presented as arguments in language.

What is the content of these calls, old and recent, that stood from the texts of the Prophet’s speech –peace be upon him- this position? What are the reasons and justifications for this, both in contemporary linguistic research?
