The aim of this study is to shed light on Entrepreneurship and university, with reference to the experiences of successful countries in the dissemination of entrepreneurial thought, where the concepts were discussed about the contractor, which is the engine of the contracting process, and try to clarify its advantages by approaching attributes and socio-professional approach (social professional view) To the entrepreneurial education and highlight the concepts revolving around it and clarify the characteristics of its importance, strategies and requirements, let us finally to show the experiences of some successful countries in this area such as the United States of America, Japan, Italy and others.

The study concluded that it is the modern view of entrepreneurship in accordance with the adopted by developed countries, which has become of great importance to the aspect of entrepreneurship education and adopted in the courses and educational curricula, in order to prepare qualified contractors, according to scientific bases studied, which allows it to progress in the application side of the contracting to achieve positive objectives in terms of Economic and social education, entrepreneurship.
