Abstract EN

Recent economic studies have shown a significant correlation between investment in human capital and economic growth.

The importance of human capital has increased in comparison to the importance of improving economic efficiency by investing in education and health, as education and knowledge have become key indicators of the profitability of individuals and nations.

The twentieth century considered the time of "human capital" as the main indicator of the standard of living is the development of the use of skills, knowledge and health by the labor force.

In this study, we will present the reality and importance of investment in human capital in economic and social development in some African and Arab countries, drawing on some human development statistics issued by the United Nations as well as the Algerian national decision for human development during 2013-2015 of the National Economic Council And social issues
