تعد ضمانات الاستثمار في المجال السياحي من الأهمية بمكان فهي توفر المناخ الملائم للاستثمار و تفتح باب المنافسة في جذب الاستثمارات الوطنية منها و الأجنبية على مصرعيه و لا يخفي على أحد أهمية عملية الاستثمار السياحي في تنمية الاقتصاد الوطني بالإضافة لما يتضمنه من إنتاج للثروة و خلق فرص العمل غير أن المال المستثمر يتصف بالجبان حيث يحتاج إلى وجود ضمانات كافية لنجاح المشروع الاستثماري وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم الضمانات القانونية التي يكلفها قانون الاستثمار
Abstract EN
Investment guarantees in the tourism field are of great importance, as they provide the appropriate climate for investment and open the door to competition in attracting national and foreign investments.
The importance of the tourism investment process in the development of the national economy is no secret, in addition to the production it contains.
Of wealth and job creation, however, invested money is characterized by cowardice as it needs to have sufficient guarantees for the success of the investment project.
This study aimed to highlight the most important legal guarantees assigned to it by the investment law.
