Through this paper, we are trying to clarify the impact of human resources performance assessment on strategic decision-making in the economic establishment to enable decision markers and business managers to identify the weaknesses of their human resource performance in the enterprise in, order to better and better manage them toward outstanding performance and to know the strengths of strengthening them, with a view to maintaining and continuing economic activity and imposing productive control on the market, With high quality and the required level, especially after the emergence of competitive products imposed by the current competitive economic environment, to demonstrate thi we carried out an applied study at the (Sonelgaz )Foundation, Ain Temouchent.

So that we focused on the role of human resources performance evaluation in the strategic decision-making process in the economic institution, and we have relied in our study on the analytical statistical approach using the questionnaire presented to the study community represented by (the director, his deputy, engineers, technicians), The v 25 (spss) program was used to analyze and obtain the relationship between the 'independent variable' evaluation of human resource performance 'and the dependent variable' strategic decision making ', and accordingly the study found a medium positive correlation between the two variables, And that the results of the evaluation of human resources help the decision-maker in charting the path of the real strategic.
