Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the behavior of organizational citizenship and Counterproductive work behavior of employees in Algerian institutions.

Methodology - Questionnaires were distributed to (478) employees in the Algerian institutions, which were selected by using random sample method and after the survey, (220) questionnaire was obtained for the study, which included a questionnaire for the variables of the study.

The questionnaire was validated by Alpha Kronbach method.

SPSS.

23 was used to analyze the collected dataResults showed that there is a significant negative correlation between organizational citizenship behavior and Counterproductive work behavior, other factors within institutions such as organizational justice, labor ethics and regulatory requirements may also affect deviant behavior
