: Summary This research summarizes about the sociological vision of the role of the professional formation organizations and its importance for the individual in his community whatever his educational level was, by knowing the formation methods and styles and how it is going to happen depending on the programmes and the required specialization mostly the paramedical.

It centers also on the most important basis and principles that contribute to achieve the compatibility and the adaptation between the human resources and the adopted formation to reach the social and the economic goal to build the society and satisfy everyone unlike the real living fact.

What mostly provoke the sociological observation and lead to the attraction towards this subject as a problem or as a real phenomenon to be studied is the increasement of the student acceptance, particularly in the paramedical formation field with the highest scientific degrees of the baccalaureate success.
