Abstract EN

This study aimed to show the impact of talent management on organisational innovation in the institution, considering that talent management is one of the keys to the success of any institution in nowadays, and because the source of innovation is the human resource, the institution must develop its human resources especially the talented ones and maintain them.

What we found in this study was that there is an impact of talent management on organisational innovation in case of taking care of these talents and making their Operations within the strategies of the institution and thus its success ensures the accessing to the organisational innovation that it aspires to.
