The importance of management and development of human resources competencies for the organization - Practical case: University Hospital Abdelkader Hassani Sidi Bel AbbesThis study aims to identify the importance of the management and the development of human resources, for the University Hospital Abdelkader Hassani Sidi Bel Abbes, by the provision and harnessing all the necessary resources for its development.

The importance of human resources management is manifested day by day as a reality for organizations, and this is because It is provided by most modern administrative tools and orientations that emphasized the importance of the efficient human resource and considered it as a rare capital to obtain.

Therefore, it is important to rely on several methods, including training, for their positive impact on developement of the individual.

This study focus on measuring a set of methods in the development of human resource skills for the Abdelkader Hassani University Hospital, Sidi Bel Abbes.

By using the interview tool, the questionnaire and the data analysis by Excel, we concluded the main means used by this institution, which rely on training, through tight training programs and organized training aimed at improving the performance of workers and ensuring the progress of work within the institution.
