For some people who are interested in educational affairs see that the "participatory thinking workshops" strategy is one of the active strategies which aims to develop thinking and critical thinking of learners, also it develop the civil nature for them, through what it provides practical opportunities to learn the rules of living with others and gain the skills of mutual conversation free of all forms of violence, and it is expected from the Algerian school to invest in, as way to create harmony between members of the educational group on one hand, and in other hand to ensure the various problems that hinder their path, which ensure the proper functioning of the institution and the achievement of its educational mission, which will be dealt with in this research paper in the light of setting questions that It mainly related to the role of the “participatory thinking workshops” strategy in improving school performance.
