Evaluation of employees training effectiveness in Algerian universities using kirkpatrick model : an exploratory study

We have tried through this research to identify employees training effectiveness level among employees (Administrative, Technical staff and Service agents) in the Algerian universities, through its three levels (Reaction, Learning, Behavior) according to Kirkpatrick's model.
In order to achieve this, we studied a sample of Algerian universities its number reached (28) by using a survey of opinions of individuals sample who are employees in the Algerian universities and are working in department of «the administrative, technical staff and service agents» and department of «training and improvement» via the questionnaire, which numbered (126) individuals out of (140) were targeted by study sample.
We found that evaluating employees training effectiveness is available at Algerian universities with moderate level in terms of approval degree of the respondents
