Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out whether there is a relationship between some dimensions of professional compatibility (self, social, economic) with the administrative creativity of the staff of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of M'Sila.

The first measure measures the three dimensions of professional compatibility, the second measure measures administrative creativity, and the statistical treatment was by (spss22).

One of the most important results is that there is a strong correlation between the three dimensions of professional compatibility and administrative creativity among the staff of the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of M'Sila.
