Abstract EN

The objective of the current research is to identify the of difficulties faced by secondary school administrations in the city of Ramadi after liberation from the point of view of the administrative and educational body.

Identify the significance of the differences in the difficulties faced by secondary school administrations and according to the variables of gender (male and female).

The research sample consisted of (450) of them(250)administrators of (200) administrative and school belonging to the Directorate General of Anbar Education, were chosen by random method (19% ) of the research community, the researcher prepared the research tool of (26) paragraph.

The accuracy of the tool was verified by presenting its paragraphs to a group of arbitrators.

The stability of the tool was (92, 0).

The researcher used the statistical means of Pearson correlation coefficient and the T-test of two independent samples and samples.

Liberalization There are no statistically significant differences according to variables type (male and female).
