Abstract EN

This study analyzed the relationship between human capital and organizational performance in private healthcare organizations in the state of Chlef.

During the distribution of a questionnaire on a sample of supervisors in private healthcare organizations in the state of Chlef.

The study found that there is a significant positive effect of all human capital dimensions on organizational performance.

Upon that, a number of recommendations have been offered the most important of which is the need to pay attention to the human resource and invest in improving the performance of the organization so as to ensure its survival and excellence
